Appetizers

CHILE CON QUESO

  • House blend of melted cheeses and salsa.

TABLESIDE GUACAMOLE

  • Guacamole prepared at your table with avocado, red onion, tomato, serrano, cilantro, fresh lime juice, and seasoning.

ROASTED CORN AND POBLANO CRAB DIP

  • House blend of melted cheeses with fresh crab, roasted poblano, corn, onions, and cilantro.

NACHOS

  • Tortilla chips topped with ground beef or shredded chicken, cheese, pickled jalapenos, guacamole, crema, and shredded lettuce. Substitute beef or chicken fajita for $3.

QUESADILLA

  • Choice of fajita chicken, beef, or veggies, and cheese. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.

MICHEVICHE

  • Hamachi marinated in citrus and, pickled red onion, tomato, habanero, and pepitas.

STREET CORN WRAPS

  • Roasted corn tossed with aioli, cotija, chile de arbol, valentina, and cilantro. Served with hydro bibb lettuce.

FAJITA TACO SALAD

  • Beef, chicken, or veggie fajita, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheddar, refried black beans, and romaine lettuce.

TORTILLA SOUP

  • Pulled chicken, roasted corn, onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, and tomatoes in a roasted chicken broth, topped with tortilla strips, queso blanco, and avocado. Served with rice.

The Wedge

  • Romaine wedge, black beans, roasted corn, pico de gallo, cotija, tortilla strips.

Add beef or chicken fajita. Choice of lime vinaigrette, ranch or chipotle ranch.

Watermelon Salad

  • Watermelon, jicama, queso fresco, jalapeno, mint, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, bib, and pumpkin seeds.

GRILLED SNAPPER

  • Served on a bed of rice and vegetables topped with a tequila chile lime butter.

FAJITA SKILLET

  • Choice of grilled steak, chicken, or vegetable fajitas. Served with guacamole, crema, cheese, rice, beans, and tortillas.

ENCHILADAS

  • Choice of two beef, chicken, or cheese enchiladas topped with your choice of sauce and queso blanco. Served with rice and beans.
  • Choose: Chili Con Carne, Verde, Suiza, Ranchero, or Chipotle Sauce.

POLLO CALIENTE

  • Grilled achiote chicken breast topped with sautéed onions, peppers, marinated mushrooms, chipotle sauce, cheese, and avocado. Served with rice and beans.

DON CHAPPO

  • Brined pork chop rubbed in chorizo spice with blackberry-ancho gastrique. Served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and 3 bacon wrapped stuffed Jalapenos.

CHICKEN FLAUTAS

  • Shredded chicken rolled in corn tortillas and pan- seared, topped with pico de gallo, crema, avocado, and cotija cheese. Served with rice and beans.

CRAB STUFFED ACHIOTE AVOCADO

  • Jumbo lump crab, poblano, corn, onion, and cheese stuffed avocado topped with suiza and queso blanco. Served with rice and beans.

STACKED SEAFOOD ENCHILADAS

POBLANO BURGER

  • Half pound ground steak, lettuce, tomato, poblano peppers with jack cheese, tortilla strips, and refried beans. Served with fries.

RIBEYE ALAMBRE

  • Seared bone in rib eye steak topped with bacon, chorizo, poblano, mushroom, onion, tomato, and queso blanco. Mashed potatoes and veggies.
